    The Boma offers a secure and ample underground parking space

  2. How close is the hotel to the airport?

    The Boma nairobi is approximately 10 KMS away from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport

  3. Do you provide a shuttle service?

    Yes we do provide shuttle services,at a fee

  4. Can I come with a child / can I have an extra bed in my room?

    Yes, we provide baby cots free of charge.
    The price for children: till 6 yrs. – free of charge in parents room.

  5. Will I receive confirmation when I book?

    Yes, it will be sent to your email account automatically.

  6. What is the check in / check out time?

    Check-in 12.00 Hrs, check-out 10.00 Hrs.

  7. Which credit cards do you accept?

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express.

    8. How many hotel-rooms offer disabled access?

    1 of our rooms have been specially designed and adapted to provide high-quality access for disabled guests.

  8. Can I bring a dog to stay in the hotel?

    Unfortunately,we do not allow pets in the Hotel.

    Yes! We will look after your luggage.

  10. Do you provide room service? Can I order food in my room?

    Room service is available 24 hours daily.We have a wide selection of dishes,breakfast and lunch boxes.

  11. How can I make a phone call outside the hotel / abroad?

    We have in room phones knows as Handy devices.They allow you to make calls locally and to select countires abroad.

  12. How much are phone calls?

    The Handy phone calls are free of charge.

  13. Is there a restaurant at The Boma Nairobi?

    We have two main restaurants,a cocktail lounge,an executive lounge,a pool bar and a coffee bar.

  14. Is there air conditioning in the room?

    Yes, and you can control it.
