As a guest at the Boma Nairobi you have complimentary access to our fully equipped gym seven days a week from early in the morning to late in the evening. We have a large range of cardiovascular equipment, free weights, isotonic tools as well as an aerobic/yoga studio. Go on, break a sweat.

Timings: 
Weekdays: 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Weekends and holidays: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
